I am beyond happy for my sellers and the new #firstimehomebuyers of this house!

How did we get it sold you ask? Well it started with a big effort from my clients in majorly decluttering the home, deep cleaning and then we took it a step further and painted the majority of the home all white! The reason for that is because bright, fresh and clean is the name of the game!

And it all worked out great because my clients received an offer after being on the market for only FOUR DAYS!!

If you are questioning how the current real estate market is; I would say with the right pre and on market strategy your home will still sell for a great price! There are lots of active buyers that are house hunting this fall, making it a great time to list your home!
