Another one sold!

I am beyond happy for my sellers and the new #firstimehomebuyers of this house!

How did we get it sold you ask? Well it started with a big effort from my clients in majorly decluttering the home, deep cleaning and then we took it a step further and painted the majority of the home all white! The reason for that is because bright, fresh and clean is the name of the game!

And it all worked out great because my clients received an offer after being on the market for only FOUR DAYS!!
