January 2023 Burlington Market Update

Hey there, Burlington! As your local realtor, I wanted to share some updates about our real estate market.

Let’s take a look at our January stats…

Sales soared by an impressive 27% in January, signaling a surge in activity and opportunities for both buyers and sellers alike.

New listings saw a remarkable increase of 104%, providing buyers with a wider array of choices and options to shop for their new home.

Despite a slight dip of 7% in the average price from December, this presents an excellent opportunity for savvy buyers to make their move and potentially negotiate favorable terms…. Hurry this may not last long.

With the average days on market increasing by just 1.4 days, it’s essential for everyone to stay on their toes and act quickly in this market.

Meanwhile, the decrease of 0.6 months in months of inventory suggests a tightening supply, creating a more competitive environment for sellers while urging buyers to act decisively.
